2. 3. Any before-and-after photos, testimonials, result images, or transformation depictions appearing anywhere on the website, in promotional materials, or in any associated content may be fictional, AI-generated, or portrayed by paid actors or models. 3. Dissatisfaction with your personal results — including but not limited to not seeing hair regrowth, not following the program consistently, discontinuing the program early, or disagreeing with the content — does not constitute grounds for a refund.
4. You understand this policy fully before purchasing and agree to it without reservation.
5. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or credit card provider in an attempt to circumvent this no-refund policy constitutes a breach of this agreement. You agree not to do so.
SECTION 7 — AFFILIATE AND BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS
You acknowledge and agree to the following regarding disclosed business relationships:

You acknowledge and agree to the following:

2. You are purchasing a personal, non-transferable license to access and use this content for your own personal use only.

4. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of this content constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action.
SECTION 9 — GENERAL TERMS
1. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and One Hour Hair Loss Cure regarding your purchase and access to this product.
2. If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
3. This Terms of Service Agreement was finalized, uploaded, and made effective on June 7, 2026. It has not been altered, modified, or changed in any way since that date, and it never will be. This is the complete and permanent agreement in its original form exactly as it was when it was first made available on the website. No alterations have been made since June 7, 2026. Every person who has purchased this product since June 7, 2026 agreed to this exact document in this exact form.
4. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
